Note that the .com in the USPS logo – in the first place, this is not even the official USPS logo.
Also note the use of nonsense add-in text at the bottom of the email; this is designed to fool spam filters which watch for tersely worded emails as a filter. It is hope that with this extra content, the email will be able to “slip” by.
