The CenturyLink datacenter technicians reported that they have made
configuration changes, which are meant to resolve the routing problems.

To see if those would resolve the issue at the users’s locations, please
advise them to reboot their computers and all network devices they use
for their Internet connection (modem, router, access point, etc.), then
try again. Rebooting these devices will update the routing.

Let us know if the problems continue after the full reboot. In case
problems persist, we will need all the IP addresses of remote users that
have reported that they cannot access the website or email from their
locations. They can view the IP address by going to
https://www.whatismyip.com.

The engineers at CenturyLink are adding static routes for customers who
have trouble connecting from their location, so providing the IP
information is important.
